Bu tutum konu\u015fma bozuklu\u011funu geneti\u011fe indirgemenin yan\u0131nda (biliyoruz ki \u00e7evresel fakt\u00f6rlerin de etkisi bir hayli fazla), bozuklu\u011fa ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak ki\u015fide psikolojik bir etkilenimin de oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steriyor.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Konu\u015fma bozuklu\u011fu sosyal hayat\u0131 fazlas\u0131yla etkileyen bir problem. \u0130lkokul d\u00f6neminden itibaren bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda; s\u0131rf akran zorbal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bile ele alsak ki\u015fide \u00f6zg\u00fcven eksikli\u011fi, toplumdan kendini soyutlama gibi ki\u015fili\u011fin oturmas\u0131nda ve hayata bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 kazanmas\u0131nda \u00f6nemli rol oynayan unsurlarda olumsuz sonu\u00e7lar g\u00f6rmemiz m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. Konu\u015fma bozukluklar\u0131nda ek olarak g\u00f6rebilece\u011fimiz bu ve benzeri s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar direkt benimle ilgili de\u011fil elbette ama terapilerde bu durumun sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz ve gerekli y\u00f6nlendirmeleri olabildi\u011fince yapmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Neyse ben kendimle alakal\u0131 k\u0131sma gireyim ve konu\u015fma bozukluklar\u0131 terapilerinin ne zaman yap\u0131labilece\u011fine ve fayda sa\u011flan\u0131p sa\u011flanamayaca\u011f\u0131na dair bir ka\u00e7 \u015feyden bahsedeyim.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Bahsedece\u011fim \u015feyler her durum i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erli olmayacakt\u0131r \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc terapilerden \u00f6nce ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 de\u011ferlendirme yap\u0131l\u0131r ve var olan duruma uygun terapi plan\u0131 geli\u015ftirilir.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Artik\u00fclasyon bozuklu\u011fu terapisinden ba\u015flayal\u0131m, en basit \u00f6rnek olarak \/r\/ sesini do\u011fru \u00fcretememe. \/r\/ sesi geli\u015fimsel olarak en son kazan\u0131lan sestir ve 4 ya\u015fa kadar bu sesin \u00fcretimi i\u00e7in bekleriz. Ki\u015fi 4 ya\u015f\u0131 ge\u00e7tikten sonra ya\u015f\u0131 hi\u00e7 fark etmez yani 7\u2019den 70\u2019e artik\u00fclasyon terapisi yap\u0131labilir. \u00c7evremdeki insanlara bunu s\u00f6yledi\u011fimde \u00e7ok \u015fa\u015f\u0131ranlar olmu\u015ftu. Bu probleme sahip olup da \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc oldu\u011funu bilmeyenler ise \u00e7ok sevinmi\u015fti.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Artik\u00fclasyon terapilerinde ya\u015f ilerledik\u00e7e \u00f6\u011frenilmi\u015f hatalara ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak terapi s\u00fcreci biraz daha uzun olabiliyor ama ki\u015finin gayretiyle bu problem de halledilebiliyor.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Kekemelik terapilerinde i\u015fler biraz daha farkl\u0131 \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc kekemelik artik\u00fclasyon bozuklu\u011fu kadar net bir konu\u015fma bozuklu\u011fu de\u011fil; \u00e7evre, stres vs. etkilendi\u011fi bir \u00e7ok etmen var. Kekemelik terapileri bu y\u00fczden daha uzun soluklu bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 izler. Durun, durun hemen olumsuz duygulara kap\u0131lmay\u0131n bunu da ba\u015farabilirsiniz! Kekemelik terapileri de aynen artik\u00fclasyon terapisi gibi 7\u2019den 70\u2019e yap\u0131labilir bunun i\u00e7in tek bir \u015fart var o da; ki\u015fide g\u00f6r\u00fclen konu\u015fma bozuklu\u011funun kekemelik tan\u0131m\u0131na uyuyor olmas\u0131.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Kekemelik terapilerinde ki\u015finin terapiye kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ve verilen g\u00f6revleri yerine getirmesi terapinin ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir.
