Gebelik \u00f6ncesi ve gebelik s\u00fcresince kullan\u0131lan folik asit, bebe\u011fi olas\u0131 beyin hastal\u0131klar\u0131 ve omurilik rahats\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131ndan koruyan en iyi vitamin olarak bilinmektedir.
